1. Reservation Cancellation:
- If you wish to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. See table below for refund fees.
- Cancellations made within 6 days of the reservation start date may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the circumstances.
- We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- Campsite closures due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or natural disasters.
- Facility or amenity closures that significantly impact the camping experience and were beyond our control.
- Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the discretion of management.
3. Refund Process:
- To request a refund, please contact Edades Farms via email or phone with your reservation details.
- Include relevant information such as reservation date, and the reason for your refund request.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Situations:
Certain circumstances may make your reservation non-refundable, such as:
- Failure to show up for your reservation without prior notice.
- Violation of campground rules and regulations leading to eviction.
- Early departure from the campsite for personal reasons or change of plans.
5. Reservation Modifications:
- If you need to modify your reservation dates, please contact us in advance.
- We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
- Any changes to your reservation may impact the refund eligibility, depending on the specific circumstances.
6. No-Shows:
- In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation notice, no refunds will be provided.
